“I just received word that Pastor Gennady in Prague is in the hospital because of a building accident. He accidentally sawed off 1 or 2 fingers of his right hand and the doctors are trying to put them back on. Please pray for him and the doctors.”
We have since received this update from Alex in Prague, who talked to Andrey, Gennady’s son: “Jim, the surgery has finished, 2 fingers were replaced back on Gennady’s request, on his own risk, because of the infection possibility. So, let’s pray now that there won’t be any infection and both fingers grow together well with the palm! (left hand not right).”
Thank you all for your concern and prayers for our dear brother and partner in church planting. I will send an update when we receive more news.
