9:30 – Twelve Spies

Finally, the Israelites arrived near the promised land.  God told Moses to send spies there.  The spies told Moses about the land and the strong people that lived there.  But two of the spies, Joshua and Caleb were not afraid because they knew God had given them the land.  Find this story in the Beginners Bible page 124 or check out Numbers 13.
