Dear Family and Friends,
Good News! Today marks 1 year without any seizures! Praise the Lord! Thank you for your prayers and encouragement! A year ago today I was mentoring Jake Massie and in the middle of our time I had a major seizure! He stayed 4 hrs with me. Of course, Barbara was there, too, and helped me. She deserves a lot of credit for my improved health with all of the delicious organic food she has prepared and constant encouragement to follow my health regimen: organic food (no sugar, grain, or dairy) augmented with supplements, protein drinks, green smoothies, walking, and better sleep.
As I stated in my July update, Dr. Brouse, our nutritionist has guided us with this regimen! My neurology doctors at USC are totally amazed at my progress since I don’t take their drugs and treatment. We are waiting on blood test results now which might allow me to drive again. I have not driven for 1 1/2 years.
We know that all of these blessings are from the hand of God! Thank you for your prayers for my recovery. Please continue to pray and join me in gratitude and praise for His many blessings.
