First Time Volunteers
Are you interested in serving in our Children’s Ministry? Please follow the steps below.
(1) Volunteer Application
Please fill out the respective form below. Once filled out, please turn the form into the church office or email to lavonne@gccmadera.com.
(2) Fingerprinting / Livescan
All adults must be fingerprinted for a background check to be able to serve. Please fill out the form below and bring to the UPS Store or the Sheriffs Office for processing. Please bring receipt to the church for reimbursement.
(3) Read our Child Protection Policy
Please read our Child Protection Policy so that you may know the basics rules and procedures we have in place when working with children at Grace.
(4) Volunteer Mandatory Reporter Training
This is required by CA law. All volunteers need to complete this training. to serve in Children’s ministry. It must be repeated every two years.
